One of the first villas to be built in the area and enjoying one of the finest plots of land right on the seafront in the much sought after Sea Caves area. As well as boasting an enviable location with uninterupted sea views the villa offers a host of other facilities including a 5m x 15m private swimming pool, tennis court and games room.

Approached by a 60 metre sweep of driveway this spacious accommodation is arranged over 4 levels. The open plan living/dining area features a working fireplace, several comfortable sofas, plasma TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and board games being thoughtfully provided by the owner for guests enjoyment. A large dining table for formal dining comfortably seats 8 and for less formal dining a smaller table able to comfortably seat 6 is available in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the basement utility room.

A short flight of stairs leads to the first level where three of the bedrooms are located, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. All three of these bedrooms share the full family bathroom also found on this floor. The staircase continues to the next level where the master double bedroom featuring a walk in wardrobe and an en suite shower room is located. A further single bedroom and a seperate shower room are also found on this level.

From the living area a short flight of stairs leads to a lower level where a further twin bedroom is located. This floor also houses a shower cubicle with changing area next to a seperate guest cloakroom. A large basement games room features comfortable sofas, a table tennis table and telescope for guests use.

Additional televisions are provided in one of the single bedrooms, the master double bedroom and the lower level twin bedroom. Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

So that outdoor living in the fantastic Cypriot climate can be enjoyed to the full there are a wealth of outdoor facilities. The 5m x 15m private swimming pool with walk in steps is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A large expanse of lawn leads to the sea where a sloped pathway leads to the rocky waters entrance. For the more energetic holidaymaker there is a full size hard surface tennis court for which tennis equipment is provided. An outdoor barbecue allows you to enjoy dining al fresco seated at either the large dining table under the shady pergola or on one of the comfortable rattan sofas and chairs.

Location - Paphos, Sea Caves

The Sea Caves area is situated in a peaceful location between the popular resort of Coral Bay and the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges. The coastline in this area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory, however if you prefer an organized beach then the family oriented resort of Coral Bay is only a 5 minute drive away. A taverna (summer only opening) is located next door to the villa.

The nearest taverna is a mere 100 metres from the villa, whilst the family oriented resort of Coral Bay is only 4 kilometres away. Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the villa being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. A little further along the coast is the, the popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.

For a taste of the more traditional, the Church at St George overlooks the modest fishing harbour from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small selection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village.

Paphos Town approximately 13 kilometres away, was once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.

The Pafos Bird and Animal Park with its daily parrot shows and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages and abilities are both within the Sea Caves area and only a few minutes drive away. Mini golf, watersports and go-karting are all activities available in the resort of Coral Bay and if you extend your exploring to encompass the town of Paphos, the list of available activities expands to include a snooker hall, bowling alley, waterpark, several Heritage sites, attractive harbour area and modern shopping facilities.

For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course and Aphrodite Hills Golf Course within approximately 45 minutes drive.

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service, & Welcome Grocery Pack.  Air conditioning (if required) is payable locally at the rate of 6 Euros per unit per day.  A security deposit of £1,000 is to be paid (directly to the property owner by bank transfer) to cover any breakages/damages to the property.
