The kitchen is accessed through an archway and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge. The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. One of these shower rooms also has direct access from the corridor so can be used as a separate guest cloakroom. With wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls which contrast starkly with dark wood furnishings there is an air of tradition and a feeling of cosyness to this delightful villa. The villa is within a 10-15 minute walk of Peyia Village centre which has a good selection of traditional tavernas offering the famous Cypriot meze style of dining. The resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars is within an 8 minute drive. The town and harbour area of Paphos are within a 20 minute drive.
