The villa is reached via it's own private driveway, with the main entrance door opening into a cool, airy lobby. The open plan lounge/dining room is set on slightly lower level and offers a large, extendable dining table and 6 chairs, corner sofa facing the large screen satellite TV and DVD player, CD stereo, and open fireplace. Large sets of patio doors open onto the pool terrace and garden, leading down to the water's edge. The large kitchen is fitted with modern cherry wood units and stainless steel appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and large American style fridge freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine. A hallway leads to the three bedrooms, all tastefully and lavishly furnished: The master double bedroom at the end of the hallway has a large 4-poster bed with plush drapes and matching curtains at the patio doors which open out onto a covered terrace by the swimming pool. This room has a modern, fully tiled en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom also has a 4-poster bed and doors to the pool terrace. Opposite is a modern, luxurious shower room. The third bedroom on this floor is a twin with en-suite bathroom.

An outside staircase leads up to a huge first floor terrace, which extends around 2 sides of the villa, offering fabulous views over the turquoise blue sea, stretching from the Akamas National Park, all around the Chrysochou Bay.

The large self-contained first floor studio, which stretches the length of the villa is accessed from here. This room offers two single sofa beds, a small kitchenette, shower room, a pool table and gym equipment. All bedrooms, the lounge and the studio have air-conditioning units.

Outside, the unusual, curved swimming pool (with walk-in steps) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces set with 6 sunbeds, and there are comfortable chairs set under a shaded veranda. To the side is a barbeque area. From the pool terrace a lawned garden extends directly down to the seashore in front of the property.
