and is very well kept. It is situated in a very quiet and private location amidst orchards, and with sea views to the front and mountain views
to the rear.

Location
The villa is less than 1 kilometre from the sea and set amongst citrus orchards. The village of Ayia Marina is a small village stretching along
the unspoilt coastline of the Bay of Polis where you can find many deserted beaches. Polis Town can be reached within 10 minutes drive, and here
you will find a good selection of tavernas, bars and shops. A further 5 minute drive away is the fishing village of Latchi. Paphos Town with it's
many shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 45 minutes.
