Two bedroom villa, sleeps 4. This is a traditional style two-bedroom villa about 500 metres from the sea on the outskirts of the village of
Argaka, accessed via a quiet country lane. The villa is very private and not overlooked. The pleasant garden has grassed areas, various flower
beds and a selection of young fruit trees. From the main door you look south to the hills whereas the front veranda faces north, with breathtaking
views of the sea. You are in the country here with panoramic views, and the beach is within a short walking distance.

Location
Situated in the traditional village of Argaka. The town of Polis is just a 5 minute drive, and here you will find a good selection of both traditional
Cypriot tavernas and international style restaurants as well as cafes, shops and a daily market on the pedestrianised town square. A further five
minute drive will take you into the fishing village of Latchi famous for its sea food tavernas, serving fresh fish daily.
