This impressive villa enjoys a private and secluded location as the last property before the unique and fragile wilderness of the Akamas peninsula. The villa enjoys a privileged spot nestled in amongst pine and olive trees in a slightly elevated position with magnificent views over the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

This spacious three bedroom bungalow with pale walls and terracotta roof conceals an interior of contemporary design with furnishings carefully selected to compliment the high timber ceilings and large windows giving a feeling of space and light. The open plan living area which features a working fireplace, is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen television with home cinema package and limited satellite channels, DVD player, Playstation 3 and pool table. The owner has also thoughtfully provided a small CD & DVD collection for guests use. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in the adjacent utility room. The dining table comfortably seats 8.

A long corridor leading from the living area connects the three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom. Each twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi jets in the bath and a large picture window so you can relax in the tub enjoying a wonderfully calming view of the sea.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating). With the added benefit of under-floor heating the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A safety deposit box is provided and a hairdryer is available. Pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. A laptop and laser printer are also provided in the villa and a wireless broadband connection is available free of charge.

Outside the 10 metre x 5 metre private swimming pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a paved terraced furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The tall pine trees provide cool summer shade for the pool and as the sun moves across the sky it changes the angle of the shade providing constant protection from the intense heat of mid summer days. The swimming pool can also be heated* during the cooler months (October - April) allowing the property to be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A table and chairs are available for outdoor dining so you can make full use of the BBQ facilities provided to enjoy long lazy lunches or dine under the stars on clear summer nights.

The villa is peacefully located on the outskirts of the charming resort of Latchi along the road that leads from the resort to the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the Akamas peninsular. Ttakkas beach is the nearest to the property. This narrow sand and shingle strip has a simple rustic waterside restaurant. Two further restaurants are found within 1.5 kilometres of the villa with many more being found in the resort of Latchi approximately 4.3 kilometres away.

The seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina, features an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. The nearest organized beach to the villa is the coarse sand and shingle beach in Latchi, where you will find sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire, several restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments and for the more energetic a watersports centre.

The Akamas peninsular which covers approximately 230 square kilometres is where you will find wild landscape, amazing natural beauty, deep gorges and wide sandy bays. The diversity of wildlife is of outstanding ecological importance for the Mediterranean and the wide variety of fauna is certainly impressive. This area of outstanding natural beauty is criss crossed with many walking trails so particular suited to walkers, adventurers and those who enjoy painting, bird watching and photography. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.

The village of Neo Chorio situated in the hills above Latchi is a small and peaceful village where the architecture is dominated by stone houses and narrow winding streets which exude a traditional Cypriot atmosphere. With two Cypriot tavernas, a small grocery store and a couple of ‘kafenions' where locals gather to socialize and chat over thick, strong coffee the theme of the village is laid back.

Polis, approximately 7 kilometres from the villa is the principal town for the northwest region. This traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square is a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. Polis also has on organized sand and shingle beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.

Take the time to explore some of the inland villages off the beaten path in the northwest region where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting!

Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 40 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within an hours drive.
